Order Processing Time
We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we’re excited to get it to you! Order processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment after you’ve placed it. In most cases, we process (pack and ship out) orders within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For example, if you place an order on a Friday or during the weekend, it will typically ship by Monday or Tuesday. During peak periods (like holiday seasons or special promotion days), processing may take a bit longer (an extra day or two), but we will communicate any notable delays on our website. Once your order is processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer a few different shipping options to meet your needs. Available methods and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of your items. Here are the typical options:

Standard Shipping (Domestic U.S.): Our standard method for U.S. deliveries, usually delivered via USPS or UPS Ground. This option is cost-effective, with rates calculated by package weight and destination. If we offer free shipping promotions or thresholds, we’ll specify the amount; for example, free standard shipping on orders over $50). If your order is below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost will be shown at checkout (often a flat rate or a small fee based on the items).

Expedited Shipping (Domestic U.S.): If you need your items faster, we offer expedited options like 2-Day or Next-Day shipping via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail Express. The cost for these options is higher (since the carriers charge more for faster service) and will depend on your location and the weight of the package. The exact price will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping: We ship to many international destinations. We typically use carriers like DHL International or an international USPS/partner network for these shipments. International shipping costs are based on the destination country and the weight of the order. You’ll see the shipping charge at checkout after entering your address. Please note: international shipping does not include any customs duties or import taxes your country may charge on delivery – those are your responsibility (see the International Shipping section below for more on this).
We occasionally run promotions for discounted or free shipping. Keep an eye on our homepage or sign up for our newsletter for any such deals! Regardless of the method you choose, we package all items securely to protect them in transit.
Domestic Delivery Times (U.S.)
Delivery time estimates begin after your order has been shipped (not from when you place the order). Here’s what to expect for domestic (United States) shipping:

Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days in transit. If you live closer to our shipping warehouse(s), it might take less time; if you’re further (for example, orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, or rural areas), it might be longer.

Expedited 2-Day: 2 business days in transit. For example, if we ship on Monday, you should receive it by Wednesday.

Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day in transit. If shipped on Monday, it arrives Tuesday. (Note: if you place an order late in the day, “Next-Day” may ship the following business day and arrive the day after. Always check the estimated delivery date provided at checkout.)
Remember that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times. Weather events, carrier delays, or other unforeseen issues can occasionally slow things down. We will provide a tracking number so you can follow the package’s progress. If your package seems delayed beyond the expected delivery window, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll assist locating it.
International Shipping & Delivery
For our customers outside the U.S., we want to get your order to you as smoothly as possible. Here’s important information regarding international orders:

Countries We Ship To: We currently ship to a variety of countries worldwide. To check if we ship to your country, you can initiate an order and see if your country is listed as an option at checkout or consult a list on our site (if provided). If your country isn’t listed, unfortunately we cannot ship there at this time.

Delivery Times: International shipping times can vary widely. On average, international orders may take around 7-21 business days to arrive after shipment. Major metropolitan areas might receive packages faster, while remote locations may take longer. Customs processing in the destination country can also affect delivery time – sometimes packages clear customs within hours, other times they might take several days. We appreciate your patience in this process.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices. As the importer of record, you are responsible for paying any such fees. Every country has different rules, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges. If any duties/taxes are due, the carrier (like DHL or your local postal service) will usually contact you for payment before delivering the package. If you refuse to pay these fees and the package is returned to us, we can refund your product price but may deduct any return shipping fees incurred.

Customs Documentation: We fill out all required customs forms and documentation with accurate information. The customs form will state the value of the items and a brief description (for example, “Children’s Educational Books” or “Kids’ Toy”). We cannot mark orders as “gift” on customs forms, as that’s against the law.

Restrictions: Some items might not be allowed to be shipped to certain countries (due to import regulations or restrictions). If that’s the case, we will inform you at checkout or follow up with you. For example, certain electronic devices with specific frequencies, or goods made of particular materials, might face restrictions. We do our best to be aware of these and prevent any issues.
Our goal is to make international delivery hassle-free. If you encounter any issues or have questions about an international order, please contact us – we have experience shipping globally and will assist however we can.
Order Tracking
No matter where you’re shipping, once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number is your key to following your package’s journey. Depending on the carrier, the email will also include a direct link to a tracking page with the latest updates. You can click that link, or copy the tracking number and paste it on the carrier’s own tracking webpage.

Transit checkpoints (e.g., arrived at a sorting center in Los Angeles, California)

Out for delivery (when it’s on the truck to your home)

Delivered (with a timestamp and sometimes a delivery location note)
For international orders, the tracking might hand off to your country’s postal service after it arrives in your country. In such cases, you might get a new tracking number or continue with the same one. We will provide instructions in your shipping confirmation if any special steps are needed to track international packages. If you ever have trouble with tracking (e.g., no updates for several days), let us know, and we can help investigate.
Shipping Delays & Issues
While we do everything in our power to ensure timely delivery, sometimes things happen outside our control:

Weather and Unexpected Delays: Severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier logistical issues (like a shipping hub backlog) can delay packages. If we become aware of a widespread issue (for example, a hurricane affecting deliveries in a region), we will do our best to communicate with affected customers.

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address when ordering. An address typo or missing apartment number can result in delivery delays or returns. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to correct it and the package will be re-sent. (Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping if the mistake was not on our end.)

Lost Packages: It’s rare, but if your tracking hasn’t updated in a very long time or shows delivered but you can’t find the package, let us know. We’ll work with the carrier to locate it. In cases where a package is truly lost, we will arrange for a replacement or refund for you. We may ask you to check with neighbors or your local post office first (sometimes packages are held or misdelivered nearby).

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives and the box or packaging is clearly damaged, please take photos of the damage before opening, and then check the items inside. Contact us with those photos if anything is broken or missing. This will help us file a claim with the carrier and quickly send you a replacement.
