Patterns, not memorization

These decks teach phonics patterns and word parts. Learn one word family and a child can decode many words that share it, which transfers far better than memorizing words one at a time. Colored borders sort each deck by pattern type so you drill one pattern at a time. Colored underlines mark syllables, one segment per syllable, so a child can see how a long word like vacation breaks into beats. Each card carries a decodable sentence on the back that turns sounding-out into fluency.

Every card is two sheets of 350gsm cardstock, matte-laminated on both sides, die-cut with rounded corners, printed in full color front and back. Each deck ships in its own rigid telescope gift box. CPC Certified for children's product safety.
